Around LLC was founded out of genuine passion for technology and a growing frustration with how the managed services industry operates.
Working inside multiple MSPs made the problem impossible to ignore. Many of them pitched themselves as strategic IT partners. What they actually delivered was closer to reactive ticket closing. Something breaks, someone calls, a tech patches it, and everyone moves on. Next month, it breaks again.
Clients paid monthly retainers and had very little to show for it. No documentation. No planning. Nobody asking whether the infrastructure was ready for the next two years. Just invoices and a vague sense that IT was handled.
Around LLC was built to be the opposite of that. The goal from day one: feel like an internal IT department, not an outside vendor. That means owning problems all the way to root cause, communicating proactively, and treating every client relationship like a partnership worth investing in.
The burden of communication, follow-through, and proactive thinking falls on Around LLC. Not the business owner. When something breaks, we own it. When a pattern starts emerging, we work to address it before it becomes a disruption.
